	Photostats

The stat we're famous for. This positive line reproduction of your type, artwork, or mechanical is reduced or enlarged to your specifications. It is an extremely sharp semi-gloss paper with a retouchable plastic-based surface.

Film Positives

A dense reproduction of your line art on clear acetate which can be used as an overlay or dropout, for silkscreen, a diazo printing master, or in an overhead projector.

Film Negatives

The fine line negative holds the detail in your line art and will produce an extremely sharp image. We carefully check and opaque them to meet the highest standards. At additional cost, we also offer hand-processed negatives.

Continuous Tone Stat

The copytone is a direct positive print form you slide, photo or artwork. Copytones are used primarily for position prints. See Electronic Velox for turnaround and pricing.

Electronic Velox

A Velox converts your tonal art or photograph into halftone dots on a paper positive. When preparing for printing, a Velox can be pasted onto a board as camera-ready artwork. Your artwork is scanned and output using the line screen of your choice. ART's Electronic Velox has many advantages over the traditional camera Velox, in that, once scanned, it can be sized and scaled easily, and output over and over again. All of ART's Veloxes are tone-balanced for the Velox's final use.

Pricing: The artwork is first scanned, then ouput on paper. If desired, the file may also be output to film, or sent to you directly via e-mail or disk.

Contact Prints

This negative paper provides a reverse stat when contacted with a film positive, or a positive print when contacted with film negative. The TP6 is a rich black and bright white.
